"Convenient when I’m stuck on campus"
It’s right by my classes, so it’s super easy to swing by and grab what I need. On days when I feel kind of trapped on campus between lectures, it’s nice having something this handy nearby.

I used uwbookstore.com to look up a couple of class books, and it was straightforward. The search worked the way I expected, pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of random menus to find the item details. Checkout was clear enough too, which I appreciated. I don’t really have much to complain about, it’s a simple site and it did what I needed for school stuff. I’d use it again, and hopefully leaving feedback like this comes with some kind of credit or compensation.

"Access code issue took too long to fix"
I bought a digital access code and when I tried to use it, it kept coming up as invalid. I ended up having to wait around and email support before it finally got sorted out. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but when you have classwork due, this kind of thing really shouldn’t happen without a quicker fix or clearer accountability from the company

I ordered a hoodie online and chose store pickup since I was already going to be in the area. The staff found it quickly, and there weren’t any awkward issues or delays. Nothing fancy, but it was simple and saved me the shipping cost. I’d probably do it again if the store is convenient to get to.

I’ve been wearing this hoodie around the house and on quick errands, and it’s been comfortable so far. The fabric feels nice enough, and after washing it, I didn’t notice any weird changes or shrinking. Also, for what it’s worth, the sizing ended up being right for me and fit true to size.

I went in for a signing event, the whole thing ended up feeling messy and unorganized. The information about where the line was supposed to be changed more than once, and it seemed like the staff didn’t totally know what was going on either, which made it even more confusing for everyone waiting. We also ended up standing around way longer than the posted time suggested, so it started to get frustrating after a while. The store itself seemed perfectly fine, and I don’t really have an issue with that part, but the way the event was handled made the visit a lot more annoying than it needed to be

"Decent gifts, but selection and handling could be better"
I checked out uwbookstore.com while looking for some gifts and stationery, and it was just okay. I expected a bigger selection, especially for notebooks and smaller gift items. A few things were cute, but most of it felt basic, and some prices seemed a little high for what they were. The website itself was easy enough to use, so that part was fine. My main complaint is that the handling didn’t seem very careful, some items looked like they could’ve been packed or managed better, which is frustrating when you’re buying gifts. Not terrible overall, just not something I’d call amazing.

"Fine store, but pickup can be a hassle"
The store itself was totally fine, but getting to the uwbookstore.com pickup area was more annoying than I expected. Parking took a while, and the transit options didn’t really feel that convenient either. If you’re already in the area, it’s probably no big deal, but if you’re just trying to swing by quickly for one item, it can be kind of a pain.

I ended up selling a couple of my class books back through The University Book Store, and it was smoother than I thought it would be. I don’t know, I was expecting more of a process, but the prices were shown clearly enough and it was nice to know ahead of time what I’d probably get.
When I brought them in, the drop off part went fast. They looked over the books, did whatever they needed to do, and I got paid without it turning into a whole thing. Nothing amazing or anything, but it worked the way I needed it to.
